Como Cooks is not an allergy free kitchen. Charcuterie is not allergy friendly in nature, as all food is touching, so just keep that in mind!

Technically the word "charcuterie" means "cured meat." This would be used to describe salami or pepperoni etc. However, the word "charcuterie" has also taken on a newer meaning. It is most often used to refer to a spread or cheese board!
